into not only our services but hopefully be helpful to the families we serve.
We know the emotional and financial burdens can be overwhelming when you lose a loved one. Our goal is to alleviate as much confusion as possible during this time. At Burns's Riverside Chapel we provide honest and comprehensive information regarding your arrangements. We are a full service family owned funeral home operated by our staff 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
We as funeral directors can provide many tools to help you, our families, make informed decisions. We pride ourselves in providing a casual environment at our facility. We consider
ourselves to be fair and will not play dollar figure games with the families we serve. We are community friends and have long since established our loyalty to Florence. Unfortunately, choices have dollar figures and it is our goal to help you not only get the fairest service possible but hopefully come away from making arrangements with the feeling that you have been treated with respect.
We are informed on current VA benefits and are tied into Social Security with the Electronic Data Record Service.
Which ever service you as a family are choosing burial or cremation we are proud to have been selected to serve you with integrity and a solid foundation from our family to yours.
